Apple Boyce
Clinical Director / Behavioral Consultant HSP-PA, LBA, BCBA
Apple is a managing partner and the Clinical Director of Priorities ABA, as well as a Behavioral Consultant. Apple has been working with special needs children since she was 14, specifically choosing the ABA specialty after seeing its effectiveness. After undergoing intense and extensive training, Apple and her husband, Russell, opened Priorities ABA, PLLC in 2001. Apple also works with parents to help them understand autism and ABA, and mentors students wanting to get into the field.
Russell Boyce
Managing Director
Russell Boyce is a managing partner and the Managing Director of Priorities ABA. Russell graduated from East Carolina University with a business degree in 1993. After graduating, he worked for Sherwin-Williams for ten years before helping Apple Boyce start Priorities ABA. Russell has helped grow the company from a one person operation to over 130 employees, with six locations helping families across North Carolina.
Emily Cogdell
Clinical Supervisor HSP-PA, BCBA
Emily is a Clinical Supervisor at Priorities. Initially wanting to work with abused children, she changed her mind after taking an ABA class as an elective in college and beginning an ABA therapy internship. Emily began working with Priorities ABA in 2004, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Megan Henrichsen
Clinical Supervisor, HSP-PA, BCBA
Megan is a Licensed Psychological Associate and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA, serving Raleigh and the surrounding areas. She provides ABA services for children on the Autism Spectrum. Megan earned her BA in Psychology and her MA in Counseling Psychology from Fayetteville State University.
Carla Johnson
Director of Business Development, BCBA
Carla Johnson is the Director of Business Development for Priorities ABA, and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has experience providing direct services, consulting, and managing programs within public and private schools, private residences, and group homes.
Elizabeth Paley
Behavioral Consultant, HSP-PA, BCBA
Elizabeth is a Licensed Psychological Associate and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA. She started her career as a Special Education teacher before joining Priorities ABA in 2005. Elizabeth has been recognized for her contributions to the ABA community, winning several awards throughout her career.
Margaret Charbonneau
Behavioral Consultant, HSP-PA, BCBA
Maggie is a Licensed Psychological Associate and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA, serving Charlotte and surrounding areas. She provides ABA therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders.
Danielle Botello-Joffe
BCBA
Danielle is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA. She provides ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorders in Charlotte and the surrounding areas. Danielle earned her BS in Psychology from Old Dominion University.
April Thompson

April Thompson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA, PLLC, providing services in Raleigh and the surrounding areas. She began working for Priorities ABA in 2012, and has experience working with children ranging from ages 2 to 16 years. She has provided ABA in homes, schools, and community settings.
Baye Childress
BCBA
Baye Childress is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA, PLLC. She provides services in Raleigh and the surrounding areas. She began working for Priorities ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician in 2015, then earned her Master’s degree in Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Baye has experience providing ABA services in home and community settings.

Amber Adams is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA, PLLC, providing services in Jacksonville, NC and the surrounding areas. She began working for Priorities ABA in March 2013, and has experience working with children ranging from ages 2 to 13 years.

Ashley Cook-Brinkley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA, PLLC, providing services in New Bern, NC and the surrounding areas. She began working for Priorities ABA in July 2019, and has experience working with children ranging from ages 2 to 21 years of age.

Kaitlyn Mazza is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA, PLLC, providing services in Jacksonville, NC and the surrounding areas. She began working for Priorities ABA in March 2010, and obtained her BCBA in August 2019.
Miranda Whiteford

Miranda Whiteford is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA, PLLC, providing services in New Bern, Greenville, and the surrounding areas. She began working for Priorities ABA in December 2019, and has experience working with children in home, school, and community settings.
Amber Lydon

Amber is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst with Priorities ABA. Amber works under the supervision of an LPA/BCBA assisting in the provision of ABA services to children on the autism spectrum.
Amy Delia
Operations Manager
Amy is the Operations Manager in Greenville. Amy has an accounting background; however, when her son was diagnosed with autism she decided to get more involved in the ABA field. Amy received training in ABA therapy and worked with her son 1:1 under the supervision of a consultant. Amy began working part time at Priorities ABA in 2008 as a Parent Advocate and Office Assistant. She became the Operations Manager in 2011.
Rose Marie Sherman
Special Projects Assistant, MA in Education, MA in Counseling
Rose Marie is a parent advocate and special projects assistant. She is a certified educator and counselor who became a strong proponent of ABA when her son was diagnosed with autism. Rose Marie utilizes her personal and professional experiences to help children and their families.
