Description:

A Licensed Psychological Associate / Board Certified Behavior Analyst is needed to join our team of highly experienced professionals providing home based ABA therapy services for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. The professional we are seeking will provide behavioral consultation services to enable children to acquire and maintain skills that will allow them to function with greater independence in their home, school, and community. We offer competitive compensation based on education, experience, and location.

Duties:

– Create, supervise, and monitor all aspects of client treatment plans
– Conduct functional analyses, diagnostic assessments, and educational assessments
– Complete client progress reports and treatment plans at appropriate intervals
– Supervise ancillary staff including BCBA’s and Behavior Technicians
– Provide parent and staff training on individual behavioral treatment plans
– Review, analyze, and graph collected data
– Maintain a high level of professionalism including documentation and communication
– Meet with parents regularly to discuss child’s progress
– Work collaboratively with other professionals
– Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

– Master’s degree in psychology or applied behavior analysis
– Current Licensed Psychological Associate in North Carolina
– Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
– Provide proof of current malpractice insurance
– Pass a criminal and driving background check
– Receive ongoing supervision from a NC Licensed Psychologist
– Strong written and oral communication skills
